"Subset All Embedded Fonts

To embed only a subset of the fonts, select Subset Embedded Fonts When Percent of Characters Used Is Less Than and specify a threshold percentage. If the threshold is 35, for example, and less than 35% of the characters are used, Create Adobe PDF Online embeds only those characters."
