Stuck on wait-online

Hack solution #1:
- Edit /etc/systemd/system/network-online.target.wants/systemd-networkd-wait-online.service
- add "--timeout=5" to ExecStart:
- ExecStart=/lib/systemd/systemd-networkd-wait-online --timeout=5
- Reboot, and it should skip network check
Hack solution #2:
sudo systemctl disable systemd-networkd-wait-online.service sudo systemctl mask systemd-networkd-wait-online.service
Solution #3:
- add "optional: true" to interfaces that are not connected in your netplan
