WMIC and WMI Deprecation

WMIC is deprecated, in favor of PowerShell WMI which was deprecated in favor of PowerShell CMI ! (warning from "wmic /?")

This utility is superseded by Windows PowerShell for WMI; see Chapter 7 - Working with WMI.
