Connect and Join Channel on Startup
irssi /server add -auto -network fn chat.freenode.net /network add -nick USER -autosendcmd "/msg NickServ identify PASSWORD; wait 6000" fn /channel add -auto #SOMECHANNEL fn /channel add -auto #SOMECHANNEL fn /save /quit
replace USER, PASSWORD, SOMECHANNEL with your details
Now when you start irssi it will auto connect and join the listed channels
