Ubuntu Linux

Install python-qt4 and pip: 

sudo apt-get install python-qt4 python-pip python-dev

Install Electrum LTC: 

sudo pip2 install https://electrum-ltc.org/download/Electrum-LTC-2.8.3.5.tar.gz

Run: (X version) 

electrum-ltc
