Deluxe Edition
The deluxe edition is a single print run limited edition that will not be manufactured again.
Only available through Kickstarter and some conventions that TMG attends.
Deluxe Components
The Orléans: Deluxe Edition contains the following upgrades to the base game:
- 47 metal coins for use in place of money tokens
- 104 wooden discs and stickers for use in place of worker tokens
- 16 wooden wheels for use in place of technology tokens
- 14 wooden meeples for use in place of citizen tokens
- 4 custom meeples for use as individual player markers
- Orléans: Tavern & Depot tiles
- 90 wooden tokens for use in place of goods tokens
- Black pieces for fifth player
Distinguishing Deluxe Version from Box Cover
On the back of the box it says "Orleans Deluxe" in a couple of spots. Next to the content listing it says: "Deluxe components include ...". Next to that there is a large circle that says "Orleans Deluxe". Also, the box dimensions are different between the two. The deluxe version has more height than most standard sized games. [1]
Deluxe:
- Size: 12.38 x 8.88 x 3.62 inches
Standard:
- Size: 12.48 x 8.90 x 2.87 inches
