Garmin eTrex 20 \ Garmin \ geocache_visits.txt

"If you go to Geocaching.com and choose the "Field Notes" option under "Your Profile", you'll have the option to upload field notes from a handheld GPS device. Click "Choose File", browse to your eTrex (shows up as Garmin in My Computer, generally), and you'll have a Garmin subfolder. Inside of there you'll have a file called "Geocache_visits.txt". Choose that file, click "Upload Field Note", and all of your Finds/DNFs that you log on the Garmin will be uploaded." [1]
