Server
Install:
# Ubuntu sudo apt-get install xinetd tftpd tftp
Create tftp service (not included):
/etc/xinetd.d/tftp:
service tftp { protocol = udp port = 69 socket_type = dgram wait = yes user = nobody server = /usr/sbin/in.tftpd server_args = /tftpboot disable = no }
Restart xinetd:
sudo service xinetd restart

Verbose Logging
** ONLY AVAILABLE ON NEWER VERSIONS **
The version that comes with Ubuntu 16 repos does not have this feature.
To log the file requested, add "--verbose" to the server_args
xinet.d:
server_args = -s /tftpboot --verbose
