Duke Resource Bonus

Q: Can someone clarify the end game bonus for the Dukes. When it shows "1 Victory Point x 3 Gold, Magic, Strength"does this mean that for any combination of three resources you get a victory point? Or does it mean I need three of one type of resource to get a victory point?

Summary: Total up all your gold, fight, and magic then divide by the number on your Duke and round down.

bonus = floor( (coints + magic + strength) / duke_divisor )
